on to the semis

Barry Rigal called it the biggest upset in Bermuda Bowl history last night, when South Africa beat Italy to advance to today’s semi-final match against USA1.  Much will be written about that match, I’ll leave the erudite analysis to the expert players and commentators.  Instead, I’ll reiterate my favorite point:  opponent-picking is baaaaad business.
