I play it as solid (or almost) solid minor, as seems to be standard. I wonder though whether it would be more useful to have it show a 19-20 hcp hand with a reasonable 6-card suit (which most seem to open 2N).
If partner can count on you (almost all the time) to have a solid suit opposite a holding like xx, then partner can check for keycards often and bid a slam. If partner cannot count on the “solid suit” part - might make decisions - even about whether to venture past 3NT - tougher.

Solid minor; hoped for stoppers in the side suits.
Anyone not play it this way?

It needn’t be a solid minor, but definitely a player.

Somewhere along the lines of the previous 2.

We’ve been discussing what Geo/Arend suggest — not a solid suit necessarily, but definitely a player.
What’s the down-side?

The primary downside I see is this.
