round robin

Begins tomorrow.  Be happy to get that under way, there’s a lot of anticipation and excitement in the house and it’s giving me a headache.  I’m impressed by the USBF website, where I found the schedule of opponents for Friday and Saturday. We’ll play eight boards against everybody both days, in this order:

  1. Quinn (Shawn & Sue Picus, Disa & Rozanne Pollack)
  2. Hansa (the Jills, Debbie & Joanna, Hansa & Irina)
  3. Baker (Karen & Kerri & Lynn, Lynn & Beth)
  4. Moss (Sylvia & Judi, Janice & Tobi, Marinesa & Mildred)
  5. Sulgrove (Kathy & Candy Griffey, Linda & Laurie, Cindy & Sally Wheeler)
  6. Lourie (Ora & Lori Jacobs, Margie & Cathy)
  7. Goldberg (Renee & Connie, Sue & Cheri, Pam & Linda)

It looks like a lot of work.  The good news is they’re taking 4 teams.  I hope to be one of them.
